Off to the Mountains I Go
25/9/09 10:59Well, the hills of Marin, anyway.
I have packed up 5 dozen cupcakes.
I have made two batches of buttercream which are all ready to go in a shopping bag and come with us.
I have put together the tips, parchment and other equipment for my workshops.
I have packed my bag and got a bunch of stuff pulled together.
Avocado (of course) has packed her bag except for the last minute stuff which she promises to text me about. (Kill, kill, kill.)
I must drag the dog before my ride arrives, but I think otherwise all is good, and I can head off to the Camporee with a clear conscience.
PS: Avocado was very bitter about my going off for a drink after Back to School Night last night...until I brought her a Hershey bar, at which point everything seemed to clear up and be okay. By the time she's twenty I may have figured this all out.
