Shroom is Tired
27/9/09 17:53"Shroom" is my new Nom de Girl Scout--the name that I will use henceforth at GS camping events and such like. I was given a name tag which, as it turned out, had a photo of mushrooms on it, and the rest is Sharpie and a lanyard.
It was a great weekend, but I was on my feet for most of it, in the kitchen, or teaching my workshops. I feel like someone has been hitting me with tiny lead mallets. Avocado was fabulous: focused, responsible and hard working. The weekend was a success (with a few bumps) and they had over 120 attending.
If my memory doesn't completely wipe itself before tomorrow, I will report further. Going to have a glass of wine and contemplate my toes.
