madrobinsEverything I have tried to do today--I mean everything--has had a hitch, a problem, a sudden blossoming of fail. Nothing major, any of it; all of it fairly easily remedied, and yet, by 1:30 I was really tempted to bite someone.
(Note to Prospective Roofer: when you say "we'll call to arrange a time to look over the job and give you an estimate", that should not mean, "we'll call when we're on our way, and what do you mean you're not home and won't be home for hours?" Does not give a good first impression.)
