ma_feathers and then down to Philadelphia-or-thereabouts to rendezvous with the spouse and celebrate my lovely mother-in-law's birthday. With chocolate covered cherries from Catherine's Chocolates in Great Barrington, a family tradition since forever.
On the down side, my back has been twinging increasingly for the last 36 hours--the bed I've been sleeping on here has not been good. Driving doesn't seem to bother it, and since I'll be driving a lot in the next 36 that's a good thing. Avocado is still crashed out; my next task is to rouse her from the sleep of the teenaged. If you don't hear back from me, you know that she won.
