Avocado has gone off on an impromptu four day playdate with a friend from school; Sarcasm Girl is out for the evening. Other than the dog and the Spouse (both asleep) I am suffered to lie quiet and drink hot water with lemon. I'm thinking maybe a little gin and honey might be useful.
