...why I'm so tired? I haven't even begun cooking for tomorrow yet (although I did brave Safeway on my own, sans car, for the last minute need-to-be-fresh veggie stuff. I am so glad I don't work there tonight!).
What did I do? Met friends for a writing date (and got work done, hallelujah). Epicized the dog. Went to the market. Went to the nearer market (they have good olives; Safeway, not so much). Came back and made a casserole for tonight's dinner--something dead simple I can prepare on automatic. Am roasting red peppers for tomorrow's salad, but all that involves is putting them in the oven and staying out of the way. Is this merely predictive fatigue?
Ah, well. Just heard that the Beau's father, one of the expected throng, won't be joining us, so we're down to seven. Not that that saves any work, but it does make the table a smidge less crowded.
So what is anyone cooking for tomorrow? Is anyone cooking for tomorrow?
