Wednesday Evening

Barring some late-installation stuff that can't be done for a couple of weeks, and of course the vexed subject of the refrigerator, the kitchen and sunroom are basically done. Next Tuesday for the plumbing inspection; the final electrical inspection is sometime next week. Had to make several trips to Lowes to buy, then replace, electric sockets for the new track lighting which the inspector says will answer the safety hazard problem in the soffet over the piano. We live in hope...

I gave blood this afternoon, which may explain why I'm so pooped. Oh, having a gimpy daughter, a manic dog, and an almost 18-year-old may have something to do with it. I'm popping a pizza in the NEW OVEN and going to bed early, I think.
