Car at garage (only a month and change overdue for its check up). Cough moving in to chest, bringing a steamer trunk and a birdcage, as well as toiletries case and overnight bag (must look up eviction laws). Girls have no school today: it's a Teacher Prep day. Sarcasm Girl, at least, has a whole day of stuff planned (I think Avocado is hung over from all the jollity of the last couple of days). And the sky is clear blue for the first time in three days, which is lovely, but means Emily and I must go serve time at the dog park. O, quotidian joys!
