I Want to Own a Winery

I'm not that interested in making wine--I've made wine (and mead) and it was an interesting experiment. But what I really want is to come up with strange and interesting names for my winery and wines, most (although not all) involving animals. An informal survey of wines today turned up:

Smoking Loon
Fish Eye
Screw Kappa Napa
Seven Deadly Zins (a Zinfandel...couldja tell?)
The Little Penguin
Angus the Bull Cabernet
Carpe Diem Cabernet
Dog Tail Cabernet
Folie a Deux
Le Snoot
Sincerity Merlot

I particularly like Sincerity Merlot. It just sounds so earnestly eager to please; the wine review almost writes itself.
