Word has been spreading around that Josepha Sherman has died, after a long slide into dementia (and prior to that, a struggle with depression). Anyone who knew Jo before that would never forget her: smart, salty, funny, and positively bursting with zest. She was a writer, an anthologist, a folklorist, a friend. The world just got a little smaller.
