If I sounded cranky about the whole job-search thing in my last post. I am cranky from my last go around (wherein I kept trying things like monster.com, which appears to be entirely a front for employment agencies that are less interested in placing people than in filling holes--a worthy thing, but not useful for me). However, I am recommitting to the whole process. Part of that is thinking about what I don't want to do (be an executive minder...) and what I like about working (being part of something larger than myself that I believe in).

Of course all of this theorizing goes by the wayside when people get hungry, and I start thinking about baggage handler jobs at the airport...
