It's nice nice thing when your child comes home from school bouncing with excitement about one of her classes (Ethnic Studies, the 9th grade social studies elective). As we read over the syllabus, the bounciness only got, well, bouncier. The teacher had Avocado's sister for Mock Trial six years ago, and appears as delighted to have her there as she is to be there.
