While Avocado was still asleep this morning (and after I'd had my coffee and done my morning pages) I went in and did half an hour on the boxing program on her Wii. And got all sweaty and tired. I'll be damned; the thing actually does some work. Once I have dragged the Moldavian Leaping Hound to and from the park, I think I will have achieved actual workout.
