madrobinsI think (barring feedback from the accountant asking us what the hell we were thinking) our end of the taxes is done. The angels rejoice. This was a particularly onerous tax year, because 1) we sold the Barn last year, and there are buckets of data concerning it--receipts, the information regarding its transfer to me 10 years ago, the information regarding the sale--and 2) everything is spread far and wee and covered with dust because (had you heard?) we're remodeling the kitchen.
Well, it's only April 6th. We'll have the forms back by Friday, and send 'em off and go to the next crisis.
