Dratsicles

As of August 1 I will be unemployed again (unless I get very busy and very successful and pour myself right into a new job).  Scholastic is closing down Klutz's Palo Alto offices and taking any and all of the functions back to NY.  I'm not sure how that is going to work--but then, it won't be my problem, will it?  I'm getting vacation pay and severance, and thank Ghu Danny is insured and I can be through him.  And I'm going to spend the next couple of months getting the balance of the books out, and tying up all the weird things I do at Klutz to transfer the info to NY.  There are many nice people there with whom I have enjoyed working.

And I really have loved working at Klutz and with my fellow Klutzniks.  Next job is going to have a big-ass set of shoes to fill.

Hmm.  Maybe I should write a book or something.
