Note to Self

I am more distractible than I used to be.  If filling the pasta pot with water for the making of pasta, do not walk away because two family members have called you with urgent but trivial requirements.  The results may be soggy, far-reaching, and time-consuming.

On the other hand, it really was about time I emptied out all the drawers next to the sink and reorganized the contents.  After drying them, of course.
