Once More, With Satin

Danny's company party is next week.  There appears to be a 20s, Art Deco theme to it.  So we're looking for ways to accessorize his already-owned wardrobe.  A trip to Goodwill may be necessary.

But me: of course I'm sewing.  I found a pattern for a 1922 afternoon dress, which I am making in mulberry satin.  Don't know what I shall do for shoes.  But if you want me this afternoon I shall be in the aviary, stuffing trees taping the downloadable pattern together, cutting out the pieces, and vying with Julie for use of my sewing machine.  Dammit.
