By the time I got home from the library the rain had begun. And it's (for local values) cold. I figured it was a squeaky-toy day for Emily, but was expecting some pushback from her when I took her out for a pre-play squeeze.
She was extremely businesslike about emptying herself of anything unwanted. Then she turned back to the house and dragged me home. If there'd been a little more water on the ground and I'd had water skis I would have picked up some serious speed.
She and the squeaky toy are having an hour-long moment.
