A relatively easy day: went down the street with Avocado to sell in the neighborhood "downtown" area. Even so, sold 130 boxes (which is a killer haul for a not-very-high-traffic area, on a sunny Saturday afternoon). By the time I pulled out the cookies we need to distribute to prior orderers (orderees?) we were in need of more cookies. But not to worry, right? We're the cookie cupboard.

In fact, the troop goddess (um, leader) had been holding cupboard hours while we were out, and by the time Avocado and I returned at 2pm, the place was seriously stripped of cookies. Again. Nancy brought more cookies from her stores, and out of that I took out an additional 19 cases with which to sell tomorrow.

Tomorrow? Six hours straight, downtown on the street across from the Metreon, on the way to Yerba Buena Gardens. A good spot: parking, bathrooms, all the things for which a cookie Mom hopes. By six pm, when we're done, I'm confident that I will be tired. And if lucky, we'll have sold pretty much everything we brought with us.

Current sales count: about 500 boxes.
