I Love the Universe

A Japanese satellite caught a penumbral eclipse from space. It looks like jewelry in the sky (well maybe I've been hanging with Elise Matthesen and her astounding stock of stone-and-wire confections) and is beautiful.

There's also video (for which I don't have an embed code, alas). Despite all the toil and trouble we puny mortals get into, the universe is a pretty gorgeous place.
