Ow

Between the plane to St. Louis and back, an unfriendly hotel mattress, and whatever the hell I've been doing, my back is a mess. Haven't had back problems in a while, and would have been very happy not to have them again, but there you go. Ow. Then, in the middle of the night, I started having some sort of stomach cramps and considerable nausea.

I am feeling better now, but I have to say that the combination of the two discomforts are not two great tastes that taste great together.
