All Hail Avocado!
15/3/08 16:35And her friend Olivia. Olivia and her mom sold out of their cookies yesterday, so today they came downtown with us to sell our last 97 boxes. And we did.
1200 boxes of cookies, either directly, or via a dozen or so Gifts of Caring (send a box of cookies to a food bank! send a box to soldiers overseas! send a box of cookies to the Red Cross! all the virtue, none of the calories!).
I am punch drunk but proud of the girl, who is eating a sandwich and waxing philosophical about it all.
