School's In

YG seems to be delighted with Middle School--she likes the classes, likes the kids, and tried out for the softball team. Sarcasm Girl, as a senior, is up to her hips in academics (two AP classes, one of them in Math!), with mock trial looming, plus a possible return to her internship with the DeYoung Museum, and maybe a return to her internship with the SF Mime Troupe and...oh, yeah. College applications. I remember being that kind of busy when I was her age. As she says, "If I just keep moving I'll be fine."

As of today, YG made it on to the softball team, and SG is on the prom committee. My daughters, the All-American Beauties. Whoosh.
