San Francisco is weird, geographically: it's a peninsula with the Pacific to the west, and the Bay to the north and east of it. Much of the land masses to the north and east of us have hills. What this means is that the high points to the north and east and south of us may get some snow...but in SF it's monkeys-may-fly-out-of-my-butt rare.
