I don't know what I ate last night (well, yes I do: a burger and french fries and some seltzer) but this morning I awoke unsettled. A couple of hours later my body decided to offload everything, via every system possible. Other than puking convulsively, I have done nothing useful today. I had useful things planned, and am rather resentful that I didn't get to them. Pfui.
