When Life Isn't Exciting Enough

I twist my ankle. I swear to God, did someone drop my on my head? I was breaking in my new Shape-Ups, stepped wrong (it's always my right damned ankle) and pffft. Fortunately the dog doesn't run away when I fall down; she stands over me with an adorable crease in her doggy forehead, as if to say "My Human Got Broken Again! Whassup with that?" So we made it home. I have done the canonical RICE+ (rest, ice, compression, elevation+arnica and Advil), and I am by no means crippled; it just hurts a bit. Not sure we're going to make it all the way to the dog park today.
