I flew home from Tucson on Southwest. Southwest just sent me a brief survey to complete about my satisfaction with the process. When I submitted my response I got a confirmation page that said "Did you enjoy taking this survey?" Wait, you're going to survey me about my experience taking the survey? Back to bed.
