Random Sample Question

It's been twenty or twenty-five years since I worked for a temp agency. As part of the "Hey, it's work" theory of life, I've signed with an agency, and have my first assignment tonight. I remember approximately what I was paid back in the olden days, but that was then, and in New York. I'm wondering if anyone of you out there in LJLand have any idea what clerical temps get paid in different parts of the country these days. Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?
