madrobins | An end to pain?

YG was home with a fever on Monday; diarrhea yesterday; and vomiting today. I devoutly hope that tomorrow she will be back in school...for a day...since Friday is a holiday. And Monday next we may have a school strike (the support workers--but of course, the teachers have said they won't cross picket lines). Will I ever be permitted to return to work?
