When You Wish Upon a Cake...

We're having a wedding shower for one of our co-workers this afternoon, and...well, cake. They are Disneyland enthusiasts, so the theme of the thing was pretty well established before ever I set the Cuisinart to grinding (pistachio cake, with jam, marzipan, and ganache between the layers, and ganache over all).
