The coffee grinder refuses to grind. It is standing between me and my coffee. I will have to do my morning uncaffeinated, until such time as I can go out and get a cup elsewhere.
And look for a new coffee grinder.
ETA: I used my herb grinder to mash the beans, and thereby discovered that it isn't the coffee grinder, it's the electrical outlets on the counter which seem to be in a state of NO. I have a horrid feeling this will be more expensive than buying a new coffee grinder. Ah, well. Caffeinated, I can feel my brain beginning to spin up.
