Spring Cleaning.
I now have four three-foot tall stacks of books to go to the various book-resellers, I've reorganized the paperback bookshelf in the living room and dusted everything. The dust hares under the bed have gone down the vacuum tube, much to Emily's dismay. Avocado, who is being paid $15 to vacuum the house and dust everywhere but Mama and Dad's room, has been laboring almost satisfactorily (she just rediscovered her baby book and is reveling in factoirs (that's a combination of memoirs and facts) about her infancy. Spouse is now weeding out his books. I am taking a break.
